TopX Australia Pty Ltd is a well-established and innovative business in the Rural Livestock and Property Marketing sector.

An opportunity exists for a forward thinking, self-motivated team member in our Head Office based in Roma, Queensland. A cheery, honest disposition and positive attitude is paramount for this role as an Administration Officer and experience would be beneficial, although not mandatory. Experience in the livestock (cattle/sheep) industry although is necessary.

The position requires the applicant to share the vision of TopX Australia for outstanding customer service to our diverse and widespread client base.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Processing of livestock sales and payments in saleG8
• Debtor control
• Daily banking and reconciliations
• Website updates of stock and property listings
• Processing of invoices and payments in QuickBooks
